RedSky has sole-source responsibility for managing the service process for you. We work to be as flexible as you need us to be. So, if your own service shop can handle warranty repairs, we’ll work it out. If you have a local service center that does great work, we’ll work with them. If you want us to come to you, we’ll work it out. If you just want to make one call and have it handled, we’ll handle it.

In the Phoenix area, our service partner is Inland Kenworth, one of the premier truck service facilities in Arizona to bring you top-notch service and repair. They have EVT certfiied technicians, heavy drive train experts, and mechanics on staff. 38 service bays. Full on-site body repair and paint facilities. And an enthusiasm to help fire departments get their rigs fixed and back in service. Inland’s Phoenix location is:

For our customers in the Tucson area, we have partnered with Inland Kenworth – Tucson and provide mobile service in station through Jamie’s Mobile Truck & Equipment Repair.

In Las Vegas and Clark County, Fire Trucks Unlimited in Henderson provides outstanding service and support for apparatus and ambulances that we deliver.  They offer full repair and refurbishment services, remounting of ambulances, and in-house body shop capabilities.

Parts

We are your exclusive supplier of Smeal, LTC, and US Tanker fire apparatus parts, and Demers ambulance parts, in Arizona and Nevada.  And if you need Spartan chassis parts, or need someone who knows how to find those hard-to-find parts for an older fire truck, we’re the ones to talk to.  So let us know what you need.
